Aerolatte Microwave Frothing Jug

Designed to work hand in hand with the Aerolatte steam-free milk frother, this Microwave Frothing Jug maximises the frothing action and turns your Aerolatte into a multi-cup device.

Tips and Tricks:

• Fill the jug with milk to the top of the specially designed slant
• Heat the milk in the microwave for about 2 minutes (times will vary depending on the milk and your microwave but you want the milk to be hot but not boiling)
• If you boil milk you kill it and it will not froth
• Fresh milk needs to be hotter than long life milk
• Hold your Aerolatte frother upright at the bottom on the milk and turn it on, then do nothing. Just hold it there and count to 20. The machine will thicken the milk by itself. Slowly, very slowly pull the Aerolatte up the jug - the milk will follow you all the way to the top. Once at the top stir the Aerolatte around the edge of the jug at the top of the milk very slowly
• If the bubbles lose volume very quickly, the milk was not hot enough
• To froth cold milk, use long life milk and the colder it is the thicker it will froth
